SHIPMENT
We offer standard post shipping in Switzerland. 

Shipment to other countries will have extra cost for custom charges and VAT of importing country.

Duty and VAT

The customers out of Switzerland have to pay the duty and VAT of importing country. The price advertised on the www.adambrody.com
The website will not include Duty and VAT of other countries as Switzerland. The Customers will be expected to pay this once the shipment arrives in the importing country.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. After this period, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The cost of the return shipment will be paid by the customer.

To be accepted as a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. 

It must be in its original packaging, clean of any wearing marks and unchanged.

IMPORTED RETURNING DETAILS:

Please inform us about your return, to [email protected] , so we can reserve and prepaid your replacement item.
Please put into the box your order number, name and if you would prefer a size exchange or a refund of the purchase price,

and declare by sending back by post office the value of the good as "RETURNED GOODS,  NO COMMERCIAL VALUE".

The cost of the return shipment will be paid by the customer.

If you are shipping an item over € 100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

sale items, (only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.)


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are unused, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send also your item to our return adress.
